Reimbursement scope of work-related injury claims in social security

Legal analysis: 1. Work-related injury-related outpatient (emergency) consultation and hospitalization expenses incurred by the insured in the medical institution of work-related injury agreement.

2. The medical expenses for outpatient (emergency) consultation and hospitalization directly related to work-related injuries in non-work-related hospitals shall follow the principle of immediate rescue after work-related injuries. That is, the outpatient (emergency) consultation on the day of work injury and the hospitalization expenses within 7 days from the date of work injury.

3. Out-of-town (emergency) consultation and hospitalization expenses directly related to work-related injuries that occur outside China's overall planning areas for business trips, business studies and long-term work in different places.

Fifth people's governments at or above the county level shall incorporate social insurance into the national economic and social development plan.

The state raises social insurance funds through multiple channels. People's governments at or above the county level shall give necessary financial support to social insurance.

The state supports social insurance through preferential tax policies.
