Electronic social security card, what if I forget my password?

1. First open and log in to Alipay on your mobile phone, and click (Card Package) on the home page.

2. After entering your own card package, find and click (Electronic Social Security Card).

3. Click again (electronic social security card details page).

4. After entering the details page, click (Electronic Social Security Card Management).

5. Then click (Forgot Password).

6. Check the consent form (notice) and click (start verification).

7. Face recognition authentication will be carried out later. After the face recognition authentication is completed, enter the (password reset) page and enter the new 6-digit password twice.
