China Industrial and Commercial Bank social insurance payment card, how to use it?

Please follow the following process:

1. Go to the social security center where the company is located to handle the social security account of the company.

Required information: copy of business license (seal),

Copy of organization code certificate (seal),

Fill in "Company Social Insurance Registration Change Form Registration 1"

2. Open a special social insurance payment card at ICBC.

Required information: copy of the original account opening permit (seal),

Copy of the original business license (seal),

Copy of the original organization code certificate (seal),

Copy of the original tax registration certificate (seal)

Copy of valid ID card of legal representative (seal),

< special card for social security payment > management agreement for bank settlement account (stamped with official seal and corporate seal),

< social insurance payment special card > commitment letter (stamped with official seal and corporate seal),

Application for opening a unit bank settlement account (with official seal and legal person seal),

3. Go to the local social security center to handle social security transfer for employees. The required information is as follows:
