2, Beijing five insurance and one gold contribution base

(1) social security contribution base

Beijing's active employees, to participate in the basic Pension insurance, basic medical insurance, unemployment insurance, industrial injury insurance, maternity insurance employees in Beijing in accordance with their own 2012 average monthly salary to determine the contribution base.

The upper limit of the contribution base is determined according to 300% of the average monthly salary of employees in 2012, with a maximum of 15,669 RMB. The lower limit of the contribution base for employees participating in basic pension insurance and unemployment insurance is determined in accordance with 40% of the average monthly salary of employees in 2012 in the city, with a minimum of not less than 2089 yuan; for employees participating in basic medical insurance, industrial injury insurance and maternity insurance, the lower limit of the contribution base is determined in accordance with 60% of the average monthly salary of employees in 2012 in the city, with a minimum of not less than 3,134 yuan.

(2)Contribution base for provident fund

According to the "Notice on the Announcement of the 2012 Average Social Wage of Employees in Beijing" by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security and the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Statistics, the average monthly wage of the city's employees in Beijing for the year of 2012 was RMB 5,223.

Therefore, if the average monthly salary of the employees in the city in the previous year is used as the contribution base, the contribution wage base is RMB 5223.

Based on this data, the Beijing Provident Fund Center has adjusted the contribution ceiling, starting from July 1, 2013, the monthly contribution ceiling of Beijing Housing Provident Fund for the year 2013 is RMB 3,760, which is an increase of RMB 396 in the current year compared with the previous year. The monthly contribution ceiling for both employees and units is RMB1,880.
