Can a child's social security card be used as a bank card?

Legal analysis: Social insurance card is a special card for social insurance personal account. It uses personal identity card as identification code, and stores and records detailed information such as personal identity card number, name, gender, payment and consumption of account funds. The social security card is undertaken by the local designated agent bank, which is a multi-functional debit card of the bank. Article 4 Employers and individuals who pay social insurance premiums according to law in People's Republic of China (PRC) have the right to inquire about payment records and personal rights and interests records, and ask social insurance agencies to provide social insurance consultation and other related services. Individuals enjoy social insurance benefits according to law and have the right to supervise the payment of their own units.
