Can I stop the company social security by myself?

3. Employers can also fill in the Summary of Changes in Social Insurance Insured Persons, the Table of Decrease in Social Insurance Insured Persons, the Report of Retirement and Surrender of Employers, and the Retirement Table of District-owned Enterprises, and go through the formalities of stopping insurance at the social security agency.

If the employer wants to stop paying social security, it is enough to bring the employer's business license, employee roster, certificate of termination of labor contract, etc. Apply to the social security agency for payment suspension. After the materials are approved, the employees who terminate the contract will be deleted from the list that needs to be paid.
