Rural social security from which year to start paying

Rural social security from 2009 to pay.

Farmers who have participated in basic pension insurance for a total of 15 years or more can receive an old-age pension. Rural pension insurance does not stipulate from which year to start paying, as long as you have paid for 15 years before you retire, you can enjoy the protection of old-age insurance. Rural pension insurance applies to migrant workers who are employed in towns and have established a labor relationship with the employer, with the unit contributing 12% and the individual contributing 4% to 8%. If the insured person leaves the place of employment, he/she should go through the procedure of transferring the rural pension insurance relationship, and the insurance rights and benefits can be calculated cumulatively. Medical insurance, generally referred to as basic medical insurance, is a social insurance system established to compensate workers for economic losses caused by the risk of illness. The medical insurance fund is established through contributions from employers and individuals, and medical insurance organizations provide certain financial compensation to insured persons after they incur medical expenses for sick visits.

The establishment and implementation of the basic medical insurance system gathers the economic strength of units and members of the community, and together with government subsidies, enables sick members of the community to obtain the necessary material assistance from the community, reduces the burden of medical expenses, and prevents sick members of the community from becoming "poor because of illness".
