If you have a Jiangmen hukou, you can apply for an unemployment certificate with your employment certificate at the labor security station of the subdistrict office where your hukou is located, and apply for a "flexible employment" social security relationship with your unemployment certificate at Jiangmen Social Security Center, and then hand over the social security payment certificate and endowment insurance manual issued by Kaiping Social Security Center when you resign to Jiangmen Social Security Center to transfer the social security relationship of Kaiping City to the social security relationship of individual contributions in Jiangmen City. Note that only endowment insurance can be transferred.
