First understand two concepts: 1, social security base, that is, the base of your current payment of social security and provident fund, which is generally your actual income in the previous year. 2. The average wage refers to the regional wage standard issued by your local government department (Shanghai) that year. The relationship between the two can show your position and role in the whole social system. The social security base higher than the average salary proves that your income belongs to a higher category, so you will get corresponding points. If the social security base/average salary is greater than 1 less than 2, your score is 50; If it is greater than 2, your score is 100.
