Handling process of Xiangning Guantou maternity service certificate:

1, the applicant goes to the woman's unit to receive the Maternity Service Certificate, and if there is no work unit, the applicant applies to the community neighborhood committee where the woman's household registration is located.

2. Fill in the basic information of both husband and wife, and both units will sign the opinions and seal them. The seal of the employment agency and the place where the talents are filed, and the seal of the neighborhood committee of the place where the social security is filed.

3. Go to the community neighborhood committee where the woman's household registration is located to issue a marriage and childbirth certificate.

4. Seal the neighborhood office where the woman's household registration is located (with the original marriage certificate, the original household registration book of both husband and wife, and the original ID card of both husband and wife).

5. Go to the community hospital to get the manual of maternal and child health care.

6. After the baby is born, bring my ID card, residence booklet, marriage certificate, maternity service certificate and baby birth certificate, and after stamping the official seal at the street office where the woman's household registration is located, she can go to the police station to register the baby.

7. Within 90 days after the baby is born, go to the community neighborhood committee where the household registration is located for insurance.
