Does Hangzhou need social security for one year to apply for a residence permit?

Hangzhou residence permit requires social security for one year. At the same time, you should have been registered in your place of residence for six consecutive months, and you must provide your valid identity certificate or identity certificate and a recent one-inch bareheaded front photo, and provide the following supporting materials according to the conditions for applying for a residence permit:

1. Social security certificate of continuous payment in cities and towns 1 year or more (excluding interrupted payment or overdue payment 1 month or more);

2. Provide corresponding certification materials according to different types of employment:

(1) Labor (employment) contract or agricultural contract (land lease agreement) that has expired 1 year;

(2) Industrial and commercial business license (the applicant is the legal representative, actual operator or investor of the sole proprietorship enterprise) and the corresponding annual report and the certificate that it has not been included in the business exception list;

(3) Proof of online entrepreneurship and employment 1 year or more;

(4) Certificates or certificates of private non-enterprise units above1year;

(5) road transport practitioners qualification certificate (or Hangzhou taxi driver service qualification certificate) and Hangzhou taxi driver service supervision card 1 year or more.

Citizens who have left their permanent residence to live in other cities for more than half a year and meet one of the conditions of legally stable employment, legally stable residence and continuous study may apply for residence permits in accordance with the provisions of these regulations.
