Is there a difference between labor dispatch contract workers and social security bureau contract workers?

Labor dispatch contract workers and social security bureau contract workers should both belong to contract workers, but their subordinate units are different.

Labor dispatch employees: mainly labor contracts signed by laborers and labor dispatch companies, which belong to labor relations. Labor dispatch companies will dispatch workers to relevant units. For labor dispatch companies, workers are exporters, and for input units, workers are importers. Workers' social insurance and provident fund shall be withheld and remitted by the exporting unit. The input unit pays labor remuneration for the workers. The amount of remuneration shall be negotiated by both companies. There is a labor relationship between workers and employers, and a labor service agreement will be signed. This is different from the content of the labor contract signed by the laborer. During the export period, workers should abide by the rules and regulations and management of the importing unit.

Contract workers, that is, workers sign labor contracts with their own units, have factual labor relations and labor contract relations, that is to say, once any labor disputes occur, they are handled by the workers and their own units. Dispatched workers are labor contracts signed between laborers and labor dispatch companies, not employees of their own units, but factual labor relations. Once a labor dispute occurs, it shall be settled through negotiation among the laborer, the unit and the dispatching company. If the worker is dismissed by the workers' company, the worker will be directly returned to the dispatching company.
