Enterprises, organs and institutions shall declare the payment to the tax authorities after the amount of payment is approved by the people's society and the medical insurance department. The specific operation is as follows:

1. Query declaration information

After logging in to the electronic tax bureau, click the icons of "I want to pay tax" and "social security fee payment" to enter the social security fee payment module.

In the social insurance payment module, click the "Company Social Insurance Declaration" menu on the left. Click "Query" after input to find out the information to be declared:

Prompt: You can query according to the social security agency, the competent tax authorities, the serial number of the collection notice and other conditions, or you can directly query all the data that need to be declared without selecting conditions.

2. Confirmation statement

After finding out the information to be declared, check the data to be declared (only one collection notice serial number data can be selected at a time), and click "Declare" to confirm the completion of payment data declaration.

(3) Payment of expenses

In the social insurance payment module, select the social insurance payment menu on the left, and then click the "Pay" button to list the types of insurance and payment methods that should be paid.

Tip: The "Social Insurance Payment" module provides the function of voiding the declaration record. If the unit thinks that the declared insurance or amount is wrong, it can void the declared information through the void function, and then the human society department and the medical insurance department will re-verify the insurance and the amount payable and re-declare. If the unit fails to confirm the declaration in the electronic tax bureau and finds that the declared insurance type or amount is wrong, it will be invalidated directly through the people's society and the medical insurance department, and the electronic tax bureau will automatically cancel the filing. Please complete the payment within the validity period of collection. If you can't pay it within the time limit, you need to go to the people's society and the medical insurance department to declare again.

The tax authorities provide three-way agreement payment, inter-bank payment, bank voucher payment, WeChat payment and Alipay payment. As shown in the figure below:

1. Tripartite Agreement Payment

For companies that have signed tripartite agreements, click the "Tripartite Agreement Payment" button to enter the Tripartite Agreement Payment page and confirm the payment.

2. Inter-bank payment

(1) Confirm. If inter-bank payment is used, click "Inter-bank Payment". After checking the payment information on the webpage, click "Confirm Tax Payment" at the bottom of the page.

(2) Select the paying bank. Enter the bank selection page after confirmation, and you can choose bank card payment or enterprise online banking payment. Select the bank to pay, and enter the bank online banking system to complete the payment.

The following figure takes the bank card payment method as an example.

3. Bank voucher payment

Click "Bank Voucher Payment", check the payment type, amount and other information, and then click "Print" to go to the bank to pay with paper voucher.

Tip: After printing out the "Bank-side Inquiry Tax Payment Voucher", if you find any mistakes, you need to go to the tax service window or the collection window of the Social Security Department to void them.

4. WeChat payment

Click "WeChat Pay", and the system will automatically pop up the corresponding payment amount and payment QR code. You can scan the payment on WeChat.

5. Alipay payment

Click "Alipay Payment" to automatically pop up the payment amount and payment QR code. You can use AliPay to scan and pay.

Tip: Alipay's payment limit is 65438+ 10,000 yuan, and WeChat's payment limit is 80,000 yuan. When using Alipay and WeChat to pay, the payment limit of the bank card used must be greater than the payable amount before the payment can be successful. The limit of online banking payment needs to be consulted with the bank, and there is no limit for tripartite agreement payment and bank-side voucher payment.

(4) Payment record query

After the unit pays the social security fee, it can inquire about the payment by itself. In the "Social Security Payment" module of the Electronic Taxation Bureau, click the "Social Security Payment Records" menu on the left to directly query all payment records, or filter the query according to the payment date.

(5) Printing of tax payment certificate

After the unit pays the social security fee, it can print the tax payment certificate by itself. In the "Social Security Payment" module of the Electronic Taxation Bureau, click the "Print Social Security Payment Tax Payment Certificate" menu on the left to enter the "Print Social Security Payment Tax Payment Certificate" module. After selecting the corresponding printing conditions, you can print out the required tax payment certificate.

Tip: 1 Electronic signature is required before printing the tax payment certificate. Please download the tax UKEY electronic signature client and tax UKEY digital driver from the "Tax Application Tool" module in the "Download" area at the top right corner of the homepage of the Electronic Taxation Bureau. 2 If the system prompts "Please upgrade to the latest version according to the upgrade prompt of electronic signature client", you need to download the "Tax UKEY Electronic Signature Client" again, and you can print it after the installation is successful.

2. Client installation

(1) After downloading, run the company's social security fee management client installation program, and click "Install Now".

(2) After the installation is completed, click "Start Now" to start running the software.

(3) When you run the software for the first time, you will be prompted to select the region. All cities in Shandong Province (except Qingdao) can choose "Shandong Province", and Qingdao needs to choose "Qingdao City".

Tip: After the client software system is installed, an icon will be generated on the computer desktop. Click the icon to run the client.

(2) Register login 1. register

To run the client for the first time, you need to register first, fill in the correct taxpayer identification number, and click "Next".

After entering the initial password according to the system prompt, click OK, and then modify the password according to the prompt to complete the registration.

Tip: You need to enter the initial password for the first time (the initial password is the last six digits of the social security or medical insurance company number in the tax system), and the system will guide the user to modify the initial password. If you forget your password, you can contact the competent tax authorities to reset it.

Run the client system, enter the taxpayer identification number and declaration password, and complete the login. After logging in for the first time, the system will remind you to confirm the registration information, and click the "Confirm" button to start using it.

Tip: The client has the function of managing multiple companies. Click "Company Management" in the upper right corner of the main interface to add or switch. The function of transferring to employer is suitable for agencies and trust institutions with more management households. You can use the "query" function to accurately find in the added list, or you can fill in comments after each employer for management.

(3) social security fee declaration 1. Declare payable information.

After the company completes the payment examination and approval of the human resources department and the medical insurance department, click the "social insurance premium declaration" menu at the top left of the homepage of the client, and the system will automatically bring out the social insurance premium that needs to be declared at present.

According to the serial number of the solicitation announcement, select the document information to be declared, and click "Submit Declaration".

After submitting the declaration, you will be prompted to confirm the information of this declaration. Click "Submit Now" after confirmation.

15 seconds later, the system will automatically display the results of this declaration, and you can view the information of the completed declaration. You can also click "Get Now" to view it.

2. Query of declaration results

Click "Declaration Record" under the menu of "Social Security Fee Declaration" to view the declaration information and declaration status.

Tip: The "Declaration Record" module provides the function of voiding declaration records. If the unit thinks that the declared insurance type or amount is wrong, it can void the declared information through the void function, recheck the insurance type and amount payable with the human society department and the medical insurance department, and declare again.

(4) Payment of expenses

In the client interface, click the payment module under the left fee payment menu, check the data to be paid, and click Pay Now.

After clicking "Pay Now", you will be prompted to check the insurance coverage and amount.

Click "OK" after the insurance type and amount are checked correctly, and the system will prompt you to enter the "declaration password" and pay after confirmation.

The company's social security fee management client provides two ways: "tripartite agreement payment" and "bank-side voucher payment".

1. Tripartite Agreement Payment

If you have signed a tripartite agreement with the competent tax authorities, you can choose "Tripartite Agreement Payment" to deduct money from the signed account.

2. Pay by bank voucher

If there is no tripartite agreement, you can choose the method of "bank voucher payment". Click "Confirm Payment" according to the system prompt, and you will jump to the payment page. Provide two specific payment methods: bank counter payment and online banking payment.

(1) Payment at the bank counter. On the payment page, click the printer icon in the upper left corner, print the bank-side query tax payment voucher, and pay the payment at the bank counter with the paper bank-side query tax payment voucher.
