Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security took the lead in launching online or self-service inquiry and printing of social security information (some printed documents are automatically stamped with electronic seals).

Create an online service hall

Visit the online service hall of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau through the computer (/srsjwbck/index.html), log in with the ID number and password, and make independent inquiry and printing. The steps are as follows:

(1) Enter the online service hall of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (/srsjwbck/index.html);

(2) Enter the ID number and password in the "System Login" window to log in;

(3) Click the "self-service query and print" column, and select the corresponding business for query and print. The business that needs to be stamped with the electronic seal function can only be printed after applying again and logging in the next day.

Set up a self-service teller machine

With their ID cards or citizen cards, citizens can inquire and print social security information by themselves through the self-service teller machines placed in the service hall of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (Mei Dong Road) or the social security, medical insurance and return service halls in various districts. At present, the "Smart Social Security" mobile phone software can provide information inquiry on social security, medical insurance, vocational skills training and appraisal, employment, policies and regulations, service guides, designated medical insurance institutions, three major drug catalogues, etc., and can also provide convenience services such as e-mail and two-dimensional code scanning of drugs. Online office can be queried after logging in with ID number and password.
