Legal analysis: 1. If the base of the social insurance premium paid by the holder in this city for 36 consecutive months in the last 4 years is equal to or higher than 80% of the average social wage of employees in this city in the previous year and less than 1 time, 25 points will be accumulated.

2. If the holder has paid social insurance premiums for employees in this Municipality for 36 months in the last 4 years, the base is equal to or higher than the average social wage of employees in this Municipality in the previous year 1 times, and if it is less than 2 times, the accumulated score is 50 points.

3. If the base of the social insurance premium paid by the holder in this city for 36 consecutive months in the last 4 years is equal to or higher than 2 times but less than 3 times the average social wage of employees in this city in the previous year, the cumulative score is 100.

4. If the base of the social insurance premium paid by the holder for 24 months in this city in the last 3 years is equal to 3 times of the average social wage of employees in this city in the previous year, the cumulative score is 120.

Legal basis: Article 58 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Insurance Law. The employing unit shall handle social insurance registration for employees within 30 days from the date of employment. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay. Employees-free individual industrial and commercial households who voluntarily participate in social insurance, part-time employees who do not participate in social insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration. The state establishes a national unified personal social security number. Personal social security number is a citizen's identity number.
