I quit my job automatically, can the company deduct my social security?

Automatic resignation refers to the employee's resignation without performing the dissolution procedures when terminating the labor relationship, or leaving the unit without completing the dissolution procedures.

Handling of resignation procedures:

1. In this month, clean up the special matters of this unit as soon as possible. For example, the return of lent items and the handover of work.

2. It is best if the staff of the unit can help you make files during this period. You can make an appointment in advance to do the following things.

1). Ask personnel to help check the files. The most important thing is the information of each period. Be sure to find out, such as the dispatch card when you graduate from college and the job title evaluation data at work. If it is missing, it needs to be supplemented as soon as possible. There is also the binding of files (some people only accept bound, not unbound).

2). Check the provident fund account and go to the competent department of provident fund. Ask whether your unit's provident fund is managed by the state or the city. Open the corresponding account information. Make the above preparations and enter the actual resignation operation stage.

1). Inform the unit insurance department to stop insurance after this month. And go to the insurance department of the new unit to provide ID cards and medical blueprints. Renew the insurance

2). Go to the personnel department of the new unit to open a filing letter, if the unit does not have the custody right of the file. Ask what talent the file is in. Then go back to the unit to extract the files and send them back to the new unit according to the date specified in the filing letter (birth certificate and salary certificate).

3) Go to the new unit and ask whether the provident fund is managed by the state or the city. Open the corresponding account information. Return to the original unit and transfer the current provident fund. Ask how long it will take to complete the transfer, and then ask the new unit to check whether the account has been completed. After all the above is completed, ask the original unit what special procedures are there. Finally, issue a resignation certificate. You can report to your new unit with your resignation certificate.
