2). Check the provident fund account and go to the competent department of provident fund. Ask whether your unit's provident fund is managed by the state or the city. Open the corresponding account information. Make the above preparations and enter the actual resignation operation stage.
1). Inform the unit insurance department to stop insurance after this month. And go to the insurance department of the new unit to provide ID cards and medical blueprints. Renew the insurance
2). Go to the personnel department of the new unit to open a filing letter, if the unit does not have the custody right of the file. Ask what talent the file is in. If the unit doesn't care about files. Find a talent nearby. Only people have the business of keeping files. And a letter for the record. Then go back to the unit to extract the files and send them back to the new unit according to the date specified in the filing letter (birth certificate and salary certificate).
3) Go to the new unit and ask whether the provident fund is managed by the state or the city. Open the corresponding account information. Return to the original unit and transfer the current provident fund. Ask how long it will take to complete the transfer, and then ask the new unit to check whether the account has been completed. After all the above is completed, ask the original unit what special procedures are there. Finally, issue a resignation certificate. You can report to your new unit with your resignation certificate.
