Two, 4555 social security subsidies for the process

1. Bring my ID card, household registration book, flexible employment certificate, employment unemployment registration certificate and 2-inch photo to the local social security department to apply for 4555 subsidy;

2, fill in the "4555 flexible employment social insurance subsidy application form";

3. The social security center conducts a preliminary review of the applicant's information, and submits it to the local labor bureau for a second review after the review is correct;
