Pay according to your salary. If the salary is lower than the local minimum base, it shall be paid according to the local minimum payment standard. If the salary is higher than the minimum base, it shall be paid according to the actual salary. If the parties need to change their work place later, they need to transfer social security together. They only need to go through a social security transfer procedure in the place where they pay social security now, and they can directly transfer to their current workplace or directly transfer back to their household registration.
