Application conditions for public rental housing:

1. Have a permanent residence in this city or a residence permit for more than two years, and pay social insurance (including urban social insurance) continuously for more than one year;

2, has signed a certain number of years of labor or work contracts with the city's employers;

3. There is no self-owned housing in this city or the per capita housing construction area is less than 15 square meters;

4. Did not enjoy other housing security policies of this Municipality at the time of application.

Legal basis: Article 7 of the Administrative Measures for Public Rental Housing. To apply for public rental housing, the following conditions shall be met:

1, there is no house in the local area or the housing area is lower than the specified standard;

2, income, property is lower than the prescribed standards;

3. The applicant is a migrant worker and has been employed stably in the local area for a specified number of years.
