Log in to the local social security official website first, click "Online Declaration" on the homepage of official website, and click "Individual User Login". If the information is modified by the company, select the company user to log in;

Then click "I want to register", drop down, click "I agree" at the end of the page, fill in your own information as required, and click "Submit". If you don't fill it in, the postal code of the page has specific instructions for each column;
