County-level agencies shall enter the successful information of electronic deduction submitted by banks into the information system of urban and rural residents' endowment insurance before the 20th of each month, and conduct audit, confirmation and accounting according to the money received from bank accounts and the successful information of deduction; The failure information of electronic deduction is introduced into the pre-payment information system of urban and rural residents' endowment insurance. 7. According to the successful information of electronic deduction, the Social Security Institute will issue special bills for social security funds for the insured. Deduction shall be made according to the electronic deduction failure notice, and the revised failure information shall be re-entered into the urban and rural residents' endowment insurance prepayment information system before the 22nd of each month. 8. The next day, the electronic deduction information (including success and failure) will be handed over to the district and county agencies. 10, the district and county agencies will import the successful information of bank electronic deduction into the endowment insurance information system for urban and rural residents before the 24th of each month, and review, confirm and keep accounts according to the money received in the bank account and the successful information of deduction; The failure information of electronic deduction will be imported into the prepayment information system of urban and rural residents' endowment insurance, and the business settlement of urban and rural residents' endowment insurance information system will be carried out on the 25th of each month. 1 1. According to the amount of the remittance slip, the bank will withdraw the corresponding funds from the expenditure households of the district and county agencies and transfer them to the special passbook for the deceased. 3. The relatives of the deceased should go to the social security office to issue a certificate of receiving the death inheritance fund, and hold the certificate to the bank to withdraw the inheritance fund and cancel the account. (3) Payment of settlement funds and transfer funds (personal account funds are moved to areas without social insurance system) 1. The district/county agency shall submit the electronic information of the surrender and transfer personnel that should be paid in the current month to the bank and fill in the remittance slip. 2. According to the amount of the remittance slip, the bank will withdraw the corresponding funds from the expenditure households of the district and county agencies and transfer them to the special passbook for surrender and transfer personnel. 3. The person who receives the surrender and transfer money goes to the bank to withdraw the surrender and transfer money and then cancel the account.
