First of all, to receive maternity insurance, three conditions must be met:

1. On-the-job personnel must pay insurance premiums according to regulations. Maternity insurance premium has been paid at the time of childbirth 12 months or more, and the month of childbirth and the month of paying maternity insurance premium are not counted. (Accumulated 12 months is enough, without continuous payment); Unemployed people must apply for unemployment registration, and those who apply for abortion or family planning operation subsidies must pay maternity insurance in the current month (unemployed people can have children, but abortion cannot have children);

2, in accordance with the provisions of the state, the establishment of obstetrics and gynecology medical institutions to deliver babies, abortion, the implementation of family planning surgery; (Foreign hospitals can also be reimbursed! )

3, in line with national, provincial and municipal family planning laws and regulations; (That is to say, as long as it conforms to the basic national policy, the second child can also be accepted. )

4. Time limit for applying for benefits: applications will only be accepted from15th of the month following the birth, and those who fail to apply in time for more than six months will no longer be accepted. (Remember: overdue! )

After giving birth to a child, how to get these Qian Qian, you need to prepare "eight big pieces"-

(1) Social Security Card for Maternity Workers and Xiamen UnionPay Savings Card support identity verification in Xiamen;

(2) the original and photocopy of the family planning certificate (i.e. birth service certificate or birth permit);

(3) The original and photocopy of the birth medical certificate issued by the medical institution;

(4) Original and photocopy of medical bills (invoices), original and photocopy of corresponding expense summary list, and original and photocopy of discharge summary (discharge record);

(5) Application Form for Maternity Allowance for Employees in Xiamen (in duplicate);

(6) Unemployed persons with non-local urban household registration must provide the original certificate of dissolution of labor relations with the official seal of the original unit (unemployed persons with local urban household registration should provide the original and photocopy of employment unemployment certificate with valid records to the social security center in the area where the household registration is located);

(7) The original and photocopy of the ID card of the handling person are not required if the parturient handles it himself.

Simply put, it is eight pieces: medical insurance card, bank card, birth certificate, birth certificate, hospital invoice, discharge summary, application form and ID card.
