4, with a part-time college degree, and social security for more than five years, the unit declaration can be directly added to the household;

5. Part-time undergraduate degree, social security for more than three years, you can enter the household.

Beijing hukou application materials:

1. According to personal circumstances, the applicant should bring relevant certificates and supporting materials to the police station where he intends to move in. If the applicant is not registered in this city, provide the applicant's ID card. The applicant's requirements are as follows:

(1) To open an account in my house or public rental house rented by me, the applicant should be present to handle it;

(2) If the spouse (child) enjoys more than 50% of the property rights, the applicant shall be present for handling, and the property owner need not be present;

(3) If an account is opened in the property of relatives and friends, the applicant (i.e. the head of the household) and the owner of the property shall be present;

(4) If the spouse, parents or adult children move into the household registration, the applicant shall be present, and the immediate family members who move with them need not be present; If the spouse belongs to someone else's affiliated household, the head of household shall be present for handling;

(5) If the household registration is affiliated with relatives and friends, the applicant and the head of the household shall be present, and the immediate family members of the household need not be present;

(6) The whole household migration should be handled by the head of household. If the account belongs to other families, if the account moves in, it should move in with the head of the household, and the subordinate members do not need to be present.

2. For those who move into the real estate to open an account, the household registration police should contact the community police to confirm that the real estate has a standardized gatehouse card and then approve it on the spot;

3. Those who meet the requirements and complete materials shall be handled by the registered police on the spot, print the registration form of permanent residents, submit it to the applicant for verification and signature, receive the original residence booklet or affix the cancellation seal on the page of the parties, issue the residence booklet, and apply for the resident identity card according to the needs of the parties.

If a citizen moves out of the place under the jurisdiction of the household registration, he or the head of the household shall apply to the household registration authority for emigration registration, obtain a migration certificate and cancel the household registration.

Citizens who move from rural areas to cities must apply to the permanent residence registration authority for moving out with the employment certificate of the urban labor department, the school admission certificate, or the approval certificate of the urban household registration authority.

Citizens moving to border areas must be approved by the public security organs of the counties, cities and municipal districts where they live.
