How many grades does the social security contribution index have?

There are three grades of social security contribution index.

60%, 100% and 300% respectively. Some maximum payment bases can only reach 300%. In fact, the main purpose is to limit the gap between pensions, which means that the maximum can only be three times the average social wage.

The minimum social security payment standard is as follows:

1, pension. Units pay by 20% of the base, and individuals withhold and remit by 8% of the base;

2. Unemployment. Units pay according to the base of 1.5%, individuals withhold and remit according to the base of 0.5%, and individual migrant workers do not pay;

3. Work-related injuries. According to the nature of the company, the withholding ratio is different;

4. Fertility. The unit pays 0.8% of the base, and the individual does not pay;

5. medical care. The unit pays 9%+ 1% of the base, and the individual withholds 2% plus 3;

6. Housing accumulation fund. Units and individuals are paid at 8% of the base. If the unit conditions are good, you can apply for an increase to 10%.
