Before inquiring, you must first associate the social security card with the personal mobile banking of BOC, and ensure that the financial account and medical insurance account of the social security card have been activated. After the social security card is associated with personal mobile banking of Bank of China:

Log in to China Bank Mobile Banking-Account Management, and you can find the account marked "Medical Insurance" in the upper right corner, and the corresponding account is the financial account in the social security card. Click on the financial account to enter the account details, and its medical insurance account will be displayed in the lower right corner of the function bar icon. Click it to query the balance and payment details of the medical insurance account. Note: At present, only Guangdong and Shandong (except Qingdao) provide the above functions for local social security cards, and other regions do not support them for the time being.
