6. Archives

The preliminary examination post will inform the insured unit of the change results and check and sort out the archived materials.

7. Matters needing attention in modifying the basic information of the insured

(1) Name must be the same as my ID card name;

(2) If the ID number or name is modified in the system, a copy of a valid ID card shall be provided;

(3) If the ID card and name are modified in the system at the same time, the original and photocopy of the valid ID card and the certificate of the insured unit shall be provided;
