Can companies ask for payment and economic compensation if they buy less social security?

You can't.

However, if the company fails to pay social insurance and the Social Security Bureau cannot reissue it, which leads to your economic losses, you can ask the company to compensate your employees (compensation is based on the amount of losses, which is different from compensation in concept).

In addition, you can propose to terminate the labor contract on the grounds that the company has not paid social insurance, ask for supplementary social insurance, and pay economic compensation for the termination of the labor contract.
