How to pay student social security?

Student social security payment methods are as follows:

1. Parents of students only need to pay social security fees through bank counters, online banking and self-service terminals at cooperative bank outlets;

2. The insured students who have gone through the registration formalities of medical insurance for medical treatment in different places can use the social security card that has activated the social security application function to settle the hospitalization medical expenses in the designated hospitals that have been connected to the national remote medical treatment network settlement platform;

3. The social security card is not activated: if the social security card handled in the province does not activate the social security application function, after the card relationship is transferred, the insured can activate the social security application function by holding the ID card and social security card to the business card printing window of the local social security bureau, the social security bureau of each district (city) county, the street (town) and the social security service center station of community labor and employment;

4. Through the unified declaration of the school, it is generally necessary to provide the student account book, the guardian account book, the guardian bank card, and the family planning certificate, and then deduct the expenses from the guardian bank card.

Article 58 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Insurance Law

The employing unit shall, within 30 days from the date of employment, apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration for its employees. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay.

Employees-free individual industrial and commercial households who voluntarily participate in social insurance, part-time employees who do not participate in social insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration.

The state establishes a national unified personal social security number. Personal social security number is a citizen's identity number.
