Bank of China Shenzhen Financial Social Security Card Supplementary Card:

1. China Bank's financial social security card replacement card can be divided into expired/damaged replacement card and lost replacement card. After replacing the new card, the original card issuer of the financial social security card remains unchanged.

2. If the cardholder is unable to use the financial social security card due to failure, damage or other reasons, he/she should bring the financial social security card together with his/her valid ID card to the networking institution of Shenzhen Branch of Bank of China for card replacement. If the card is damaged and replaced, the bank must take back the old financial social security card and cut corners.

3. The loss reporting and reissue of the financial social security card shall be handled by the cardholder himself with valid identity documents and the original application for loss reporting at the Shenzhen networking branch of the Bank of China.

4. The cardholder is a minor under the age of 16, a person with limited or no capacity for civil conduct, out of the country, disabled or dead. When it is really necessary to act as an agent, the agent should provide the original documents with legal effect (the bank can keep a copy) in addition to his valid identity documents and the cardholder's valid identity documents (if the cardholder dies, the cardholder can provide a copy abroad). Such as notarized power of attorney or power of attorney, property inheritance, wills, court judgments, and legal guardianship certificates for persons with limited capacity for civil conduct, persons without capacity for civil conduct or minors (such as household registration books, etc.). ).
