The retirement process of endowment insurance is as follows: log on to Henan social security online service platform through computer (http://222.143.34.121), click on the personal service channel, register your real name, click on the business declaration, click on the flexible employment personnel to interrupt the endowment insurance relationship, fill in the reasons for the interruption, click Save, and then click Submit the declaration.

The medical insurance termination process can be handled in Luoyang Renshe Mobile App, and currently only Android mobile phone system is supported. Download the application, after real-name registration and login, click on the business to carry out real-name authentication (upload the front and back of the ID card), and then click OK to submit. After the approval, stop the insurance operation according to the prompt.
