First, you can log in to the local social security network and enter the social insurance payment card number to check the balance.

For example, CCB voice query:

1. Dial 95533, and press 7 through the branch function and roaming service;

2. Press1for featured business;

3. Press 5 for bank card service;

4. Press 1 to query the special card information;

5. Press 1 to query the social security card;

6. Enter the social security card number and press 1 to confirm;

7. Then enter the 8-digit social insurance registration code on the front of the card to check the balance.
