2. Article 10 of the Regulations on Work-related Injury Insurance stipulates that the amount of work-related injury insurance premium paid by the employer is the product of the total wages of the employees of the unit multiplied by the unit contribution rate.
Three, "total wages" refers to the total amount of labor remuneration paid directly by enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households with employees to all employees of the unit. In other words, the labor remuneration of all workers recruited by every enterprise and individual industrial and commercial households with employees should be included in the total wages.

According to the regulations of the National Bureau of Statistics on the total wages, the total wages of the unit include hourly wages, piecework wages, bonuses, allowances, subsidies, overtime wages and wages paid under special circumstances, but it does not include the following expenses: (1) Social insurance benefits paid by the unit to individual workers, such as funeral pensions, living difficulties subsidies, family planning subsidies, etc. (2) Labor protection expenses such as work clothes, antidotes and refreshing drinks paid by the employer to the workers; (III) Invention Award, National Spark Award, Natural Science Award, Scientific Progress Award, Chinese Skills Award, etc. all kinds of labor remuneration and other labor income that are not included in the total wages according to regulations, as well as remuneration for writing, lecture fees, translation fees, etc. Issued according to state regulations.
Five, the term "rate" as mentioned in this article refers to the actual rate that should be paid by enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households with employees in accordance with the industry differential rate and the rate level in the industry as stipulated in Article 8 of the Regulations. At present, the industrial injury insurance rate in China is about 0.2%-2% of the total wages, with an average of about 1%.
Six, fifth migrant workers to participate in work-related injury insurance, work-related injury insurance premiums paid by the employer, individuals do not pay. According to these measures, the payment of work-related injury insurance premiums shall be based on the average monthly salary of migrant workers in the previous year. If the working hours of migrant workers are less than 12 months, the average monthly salary shall be calculated according to the actual working hours; Newly recruited migrant workers take the first month's salary as the base of the current year's payment salary.
If the wage base of migrant workers in other places is lower than 60% of the average wage of employees in this Municipality in the previous year, 60% of the average wage of employees in this Municipality in the previous year shall be taken as the wage base; 300% higher than the average wage of employees in this Municipality in the previous year, and 300% of the average wage of employees in this Municipality in the previous year shall be used as the payment base.
The payment ratio of work-related injury insurance premiums shall be implemented in accordance with the Measures of Beijing Municipality for Implementing the Regulations on Work-related Injury Insurance and related documents.
