The unit shall issue a certificate of change of legal person and affix the official seal of the unit.
With the original social security registration certificate, the legal person has changed, and the business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate and bank account opening permit have to be changed. Take the originals of these documents and replace them with new social security registration certificates.
If all your social security windows have been registered, each social security department (pension, medical insurance, etc. ) you need to issue a certificate, and several sets of the above materials should be prepared for use.
