What does social security account mean?

Entering the financial account means that after the deadline for social security deduction, the Social Security Bureau sends the total amount of social security fees that the employer should deduct in the current month to the bank responsible for collecting social security fees through instructions. When the bank collects money, it is displayed in the social security system as entering the financial account. After the bank receives the money successfully, the information will be fed back to the Social Security Bureau, which will confirm it in the social security system. After confirmation, it will be displayed in the social security system as received.

The general ledger operation in Shenzhen social security system is divided into the following steps:

1. Deadline for deduction and statistics. At 24:00 on the 20th of each month, the social security system will cut off the social security participation in that month. Starting from 2 1, the internal system of the social security bureau will make statistics on the details of social security fees and the total amount of payment that all employers in the city should pay. This step usually takes 1-2 working days.

2. Enter the financial account. At the same time, the Social Security Bureau will publish the social security payment list and total amount of each employer in the social security system, showing the status of "entering the financial account", and the employer can inquire about the social security payment of this month at any time. This step usually takes 1-2 working days.

3. I have received it. After the bank deducts the fee successfully, the information will be fed back to the Social Security Bureau, which will confirm it. After confirmation, the social security system will display as "Received". At this point, the social security payment for the month has been completed.
