The job responsibilities of social security staff are as follows:

1, responsible for employee social security and provident fund payment; Receive and review the social security information transferred from the business end according to the normal working procedures, and do a good job in the handover and transmission of social security information and the business end;

2, for medical replacement, new insurance, increase/decrease, medical reimbursement, work injury declaration, etc. ; Do a good job in the analysis and supervision of unfinished social security personnel; Answer employees' phone calls, solve social security problems for employees in various departments, and release the latest social security policies in time; Collect social security related information in a timely manner and do a good job of information change; Update the database system and file data in time; Be responsible for the collection and distribution of employees' social insurance-related certificates, and complete other tasks assigned by the company and superior leaders.

Social insurance agencies and their staff have one of the following acts, which shall be ordered by the administrative department of social insurance to make corrections;

If losses are caused to social insurance funds, employers or individuals, they shall be liable for compensation according to law; The directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel shall be punished according to law:

(1) Failing to perform the statutory duties of social insurance;

(2) Failing to deposit the social insurance fund into the special financial account;

(3) Deducting or refusing to pay social insurance benefits on time;

(four) lost or tampered with the payment records, enjoy social insurance benefits records and other social insurance data, personal rights records;

(five) other acts in violation of social insurance laws and regulations.
