If employees need to participate in the residents' medical insurance in the current year after the interruption of medical insurance during the medical insurance period, they should register the residents' medical insurance in time after the interruption of the original insurance relationship. After the payment is completed according to the individual payment standard stipulated by the whole province, the treatment enjoyment period starts from the next month after participating in the residents' medical insurance payment to the date of 65438+February 3 1 or changing again.

(1) A newborn born on June12023 shall go through the registration formalities in registered permanent residence, where the newborn's household registration is located, go through the insurance registration with the medical insurance handling department, and pay the medical insurance premium in the year of birth by using the newborn's real name and ID number. The treatment period is from the date of birth to 365438+ in February of the year of birth. If the newborn fails to pay the basic medical insurance premium within 90 days of the year of birth, and enjoys the medical insurance benefits of that year, the personal insurance premium shall be paid according to the annual personal insurance premium standard determined by the whole province. After the payment is completed, the treatment period is from the next month of the current year to 65438+February 3 1.

(2) The date of birth of the newborn is less than 90 days from 65438+February 3/kloc-0 of the current year. Those who enjoy the medical insurance benefits of the current year must pay the medical insurance premiums of the current year within 90 days after birth, and the period of enjoying the benefits is from the date of birth to 65438+ 31of the current year; Those who enjoy the medical insurance benefits for the next year after birth must pay the medical insurance premiums for the next year within 90 days after birth. The treatment period is February 3 1 day 1 to 1 day. If you don't pay the corresponding annual medical insurance premium within 90 days, you can't enjoy the corresponding annual medical insurance benefits.

(3) If the newborn dies after birth and the guardian pays the insurance money within 90 days from the date of birth, the medical expenses incurred after birth will be reimbursed according to the policy.

Insured individuals who pay in the centralized payment period will enjoy medical insurance benefits from 10 in October to 1 in February 2023; Need to participate in urban and rural residents' medical insurance is not in the special group of centralized payment period, according to the provisions of the standard payment and complete the registration, the treatment period from the next month of the payment date.
