After being transferred to the unit, the insurance payment shall be made according to the employee's method.
Flexible employees who have been insured before go to the employer for employment and insurance, and need to go through the formalities of stopping insurance and then renew insurance. The procedures for stopping insurance shall be handled by the social security agency of the original insured place with the original and photocopy of my ID card.
Secondly, after the individual has gone through the formalities of stopping insurance in the social security agency, it can be declared by the unit personnel. The personnel expenses of social insurance agencies and the basic operating expenses and management expenses incurred in handling social insurance shall be guaranteed by the finance at the same level in accordance with state regulations.
Article 73 Social insurance agencies shall establish and improve business, financial, safety and risk management systems. Social insurance agencies shall pay social insurance benefits in full and on time.
