Procedures for the transfer of social security relations for re-employment of flexible employees;

(1) Flexible employees shall go through the transfer formalities with the Employee Pension Insurance Manual and the Transfer Form of Mobile Social Insurance Relationship for Urban Employees in the original city and district social security agencies;

(2) If you still need to pay by flexible employment in the month of transfer, I can go to the bank outlet before going through the transfer formalities, fill in the payment application, apply for immediate withholding of the payment due in the month and receive it in real time;

(3) The social security agency shall stamp the transfer form after reviewing the payment;

(4) The employee shall submit the Employee Endowment Insurance Manual and the transfer form to the labor and personnel department of the employing unit in time, and the employing unit shall go through the renewal formalities from the month of starting salary. After being transferred to the unit, the insurance payment shall be made according to the employee's method.

Flexible employees who have been insured before go to the employer for employment and insurance, and need to go through the formalities of stopping insurance and then renew insurance. The procedures for stopping insurance shall be handled by the social security agency of the original insured place with the original and photocopy of my ID card.

Secondly, after the individual has gone through the formalities of stopping insurance in the social security agency, it can be declared by the unit personnel. Pensions and medical expenses previously paid by individuals can be merged into the social security account opened by the unit, and the payment period and amount can be merged.

According to the needs of the work, with the approval of the local social insurance administrative department and the organization management organ, the social insurance agency may set up branches and service outlets in this overall planning area. The personnel expenses of social insurance agencies and the basic operating expenses and management expenses incurred in handling social insurance shall be guaranteed by the finance at the same level in accordance with state regulations.

Article 73 Social insurance agencies shall establish and improve business, financial, safety and risk management systems. Social insurance agencies shall pay social insurance benefits in full and on time.
