Non-Guangzhou urban household registration employees: apply for recruitment at the foreign exchange bureau, fill in the filing form, indicate that they are paying the three insurances, fill in the organization code and social insurance registration code of the unit, affix the official seal, and fill in the payment base and start date, and then you don't have to submit any forms to the social security center; Note: if the company hired employees in June+10, 5438, but didn't apply for employment until February, then the payment start date should be written as June+10, 5438, and the social security center will see when to start paying social security and see when to fill in the payment start date yourself.

Third, check whether the number of people, the amount and the starting month of payment are correct.
