Payment standard of death pension 2023

Pension is the state's pension and economic compensation for special personnel in accordance with relevant regulations. People who enjoy pensions, then the pension payment standard is:

(1) In case of the death of state functionaries and retirees, the standard of one-time pension payment is adjusted as follows: for martyrs and those who died in the line of duty, 2 times the per capita disposable income of urban residents in the previous year 40 months before their death plus their basic salary or basic retirement fee; If a person dies of illness, he shall be paid 2 times of the per capita disposable income of urban residents in the previous year plus the basic salary or basic retirement fee for 40 months before his death. The funds needed for one-time pension payment are still solved by existing channels.

(two) the staff and retirees who have participated in the basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees and institutions have died of illness, and the pension payment is still implemented according to local regulations.

(III) With reference to the standards and measures for the payment of death pensions for staff and retirees in institutions managed by the Civil Service Law, it shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Notice of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Finance on the Measures for the Payment of Death Pensions for Staff and Retirees of State Organs.

(4) In addition to the above circumstances, the payment standard of death pension for staff and retirees of public institutions is the basic salary or basic retirement fee for the 40 months before my death in the line of duty and the basic salary or basic retirement fee for the 20 months before my death. The pension benefits of martyrs shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state.
