In order to standardize the transfer and connection of the basic old-age insurance relationship of enterprise employees in our province (hereinafter referred to as the insured), promote the rational allocation of labor resources, protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers, and promote the construction of a harmonious society, these measures are formulated in accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 11 of the Regulations on the Collection and Payment of Social Insurance Fees in Jiangsu Province and the policies of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security on the transfer and connection of the basic old-age insurance relationship of enterprise employees.

A, from the statutory retirement age of 5 years (including 5 years) above the insured cross regional flow, and the inflow of employers to establish labor relations or self-employment and pay the basic old-age insurance premium, social insurance agencies should promptly handle the basic old-age insurance relationship transfer procedures. Transferred to the social insurance agencies should be the original insured and transferred to the insured payment period, personal account storage combined calculation. When you retire at the last transfer place, you must continue to pay for more than 5 years.

Two, less than 5 years from the statutory retirement age of the insured cross regional flow, continue to participate in the original insurance. However, if one of the following conditions is met, the transferred social insurance agency shall continue the basic old-age insurance relationship:

(a) in line with the local government's policies and regulations on the introduction of talents, approved by the organization, personnel or labor and social security departments at or above the county level to mobilize, establish labor relations with the transferred or introduced units and pay the basic old-age insurance premium;

(2) Persons whose household registration has been transferred to their actual place of residence, persons who have established labor relations with the employer in the transfer place, or persons who are engaged in self-employment and pay the basic old-age insurance premium.

Three, rural residents insured for migrant workers, after the termination or dissolution of the labor contract, according to my wishes, keep the basic old-age insurance relationship or transfer to the social insurance agency where the household registration is located; Re-employment in different places shall be transferred to the social insurance agency in the place of employment; If it is impossible to transfer or continue the basic old-age insurance relationship, the personal account can be paid in one lump sum upon my written application, and the basic old-age insurance relationship can be terminated at the same time.

5. When the social insurance relationship of servicemen's families is transferred to the army or transferred back to the local area, the transfer of the basic old-age insurance relationship and personal account shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state.

Eight, enterprises and institutions to enterprises, the transfer of the basic old-age insurance relationship of the insured in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and province.
