Social security surrender conditions for migrant workers

If you are an urban employee's endowment insurance and medical insurance, and you are an urban hukou, social security cannot be surrendered. If they are migrant workers, they can surrender their insurance at the local social security center when they leave their jobs, and return part of the social security funds paid by individuals in their social security accounts.
