Replacement: the social security card is lost or damaged.

Before reporting telephone loss

The loss reporting telephone number: 055 1-26 19582 provides 24-hour service.

Note: After the loss is reported by telephone, the cardholder shall report the loss in writing to Hefei Labor and Social Security Office within two working days and go through the formalities for completing it. Telephone loss reporting is valid for two working days, and it will automatically become invalid after it expires.

Redistribute materials

1. Original or photocopy of ID card

2. Copy or original of the household registration book

3. Loss requires proof of loss reporting, and damage requires the original social security card.

Redistribution process

Bring ID cards, household registration books and other materials to Hefei Labor and Social Security Office to report the loss in writing. After 7 working days, you can get a new card with the original ID card and invoice.
