What are the attachments for applying for unemployment benefits?

The attachment of unemployment benefits is the photo of ID card, front and back of bank debit card (first-class card) or social security card. In the "Business Processing" module, click "Attachment" or "Attachment New" to obtain the application list, upload the front and back pictures of ID card, bank debit card (first-class card) or social security card, and click "Submit" after the upload is successful.

Unemployed persons applying for unemployment insurance shall fill in an application form for unemployment insurance and submit the following supporting materials:

(a) my identity certificate;

(2) The certificate of termination or rescission of the labor contract issued by the employer;

(3) Unemployment registration;

(four) other materials stipulated by the provincial administrative department of labor security.

Unemployed persons shall, within 60 days from the date of termination or dissolution of labor relations, go through the formalities of unemployment registration at the unemployment registration window of the municipal human resources and social security service hall with their ID cards, household registration books, 1 bareheaded photos, documents or certificates of termination or dissolution of labor relations issued by the employer, personnel files, unemployment insurance payment vouchers and other materials. Unemployed persons enjoy other unemployment insurance benefits during the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits.

The attachment uploaded by unemployment benefits refers to the certificate issued by the unit for you to dissolve or terminate the labor contract relationship, which can be uploaded by taking photos. Of course, if you don't have this uploaded attachment, you can apply directly, but you don't have to upload it.

The social security department will determine whether you are eligible for unemployment benefits according to the intellectual reasons for stopping paying the pension and unemployment insurance in the social security system when the unit terminates the relationship with you.

Fourteenth unemployed people who meet the following conditions can receive unemployment insurance:

(a) to participate in unemployment insurance in accordance with the provisions, the unit and I have fulfilled the payment obligations in accordance with the provisions 1 year;

(three) have been registered as unemployed and have job requirements. Unemployed persons enjoy other unemployment insurance benefits during the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits.

Forty-fifth unemployed people meet the following conditions, receive unemployment insurance money from the unemployment insurance fund:

(a) before unemployment, the employer and I have paid unemployment insurance premiums for one year;

(two) the employment is not interrupted because of my will;

(three) registered unemployed and have job requirements.
