How to fill in the social security card application form

When the social security card of CCB is activated, the application form for opening an account is not filled in, which is consistent with the activation process of ordinary savings cards.

1. The cardholder carries his/her identity and bank card to the bank counter for activation business;

2. Queue to get the number;

3. Give the bank card and ID card to the counter staff after calling the number;

4. Inform the bank card that it needs to be activated and set the input password;

5. Sign the business confirmation form and get back the bank card and ID card.

Note: Do not use a simple password for password setting.
