20 1 1 Yizheng social insurance payment base
The calculation method of social insurance payment base is as follows:
Generally, my salary income in the previous year is used as the payment base. In the first case, if the wage income of employees is higher than 300% of the local average wage of employees in the previous year, 300% of the local average wage of employees in the previous year will be the payment base; In the second case, if the wage income of employees is lower than 60% of the local average wage of employees in the previous year, 60% of the local average wage of employees in the previous year will be the payment base.
Under normal circumstances, the actual wage income of the insured employees is taken as the base of social security payment, and the insurance premiums of various insurances are paid monthly according to the relevant proportion. However, the insured employees with high and low wages should be based on the lower and upper limits of the payment base announced by the human and social departments every year. This upper and lower limit is linked to the average monthly salary of employees in urban non-private units in the previous year announced by the statistics department.
