Beijing Company Social Security Account Opening Process
1, prepare the account opening information.
(1) Original and photocopy of business license, organization code certificate, enterprise bank account opening permit, legal person ID card and salesman ID card, with the copy stamped with official seal;

2. Apply for social insurance registration.
(1) Go to the payment window of the local social insurance institution and pay social insurance premiums in accordance with relevant regulations;
(two) submit the application materials to the social insurance institution, and issue the social insurance registration certificate after examination;
(3) Print social insurance online payment voucher and open social insurance online payment service.
All units can register directly at the business counter. Within 30 days after the establishment of the employer, it is necessary to apply for opening an account in Beijing Social Security with relevant information. At present, enterprises can register for social insurance from 5th to 25th every month, and they can go directly to the social security centers in various districts and counties in Beijing for business.
Information to be provided by Beijing social insurance participants:

4. Employment and unemployment registration certificate (partially required);

6. The social security of the insured must be in a state of suspension (the need to participate in rural cooperatives and the need for residents to change employees);
7. The labor contract is made in duplicate, signed by the insured himself and stamped with his handprint.
To sum up, in the non-registered place, that is, in the area where the business premises are located, it is necessary to provide the lease certificate or unit property right certificate of the area where the business premises are located. Social security agencies will return all the materials.

Article 57 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Insurance Law
The employing unit shall, within 30 days from the date of its establishment, apply to the local social insurance agency for social insurance registration with its business license, registration certificate or unit seal. The social insurance agency shall, within fifteen days from the date of receiving the application, examine and issue the social insurance registration certificate.
