Bureau Office

Personnel Unit

Wage Unit

Responsible for the approval of daily wage changes and normal promotion of the county's administrative personnel; responsible for the assessment of technical grades of workers in institutions and agencies.

Insurance and Welfare Unit

Responsible for the approval of the retirement of employees of administrative organs, enterprises and public institutions, the recognition of work-related injuries, the appraisal of occupational diseases and the approval of nursing care fees, and the increase of the retirement expenses for the administrative and public institutions' retired employees in accordance with the national policies.

Title Unit:

Comprehensive management of the county's professional and technical personnel title reform and title evaluation and recruitment.

Labor Supervision Unit

Responsible for the county's employers labor security laws and regulations of supervision.

Office of the Establishment Committee

Audits and handles the procedures for the additions to administrative institutions, and is responsible for the registration and management of institutions.

Talent Exchange Center:

Responsible for personnel agency, talent market management, employment of cadres for approval and employment contract authentication.

Labor Market Management Office

Responsible for labor export, job agency management, rural labor training.

Mingzhu Computer Training Center

Responsible for the training of civil servants and microcomputer training for employees in the county.

Social Insurance Center

Responsible for the county's pension, unemployment, medical care, maternity and work-related injury insurance collection; responsible for the management and distribution of pension and unemployment insurance benefits for retired and unemployed workers.
