Is it legal for the company to write a note to the designated hospital?

Hello.

Provisions on sick leave sheets:

China's current local laws and regulations such as the Labor Contract Law and rules of shanghai labor contract have no specific provisions, and this cannot be stipulated, because different diseases may require different levels of hospitals, and it is not necessary to go to large hospitals. Therefore, the company can make specific provisions in the previous rules and regulations, but it should be reasonable and publicized as a necessary condition, otherwise it will be deemed invalid in labor arbitration and the provisions will become meaningless. If the company does not have this provision, it is generally considered that the sick leave issued by the designated social security hospital is effective.

Personally, I think the relevant provisions in the company contract shall prevail. If there is no provision, the sick leave issued by the general social security designated hospital is valid.

If there is no prior explanation in the contract, it is unacceptable for the unit to write a fake note to the designated hospital.
