How to write an application for personal social security to the company?

Social security to rural insurance process:

1. The insured must be the insured of the company, and the company will reduce the number of employees in the enterprise software (if there is no information about this person in the software, you need to enter the personnel information first, and then reduce the number of employees after increasing the number of employees). The four reasons for waiver are "transfer to urban and rural residents' endowment insurance" and "other" medical care, and the quotation and waiver form will be printed separately.

2. I went to the county agricultural insurance center where the household registration is located to issue the "Application Form for the Transfer of Endowment Insurance Relationship between Urban and Rural Residents (Basic Endowment Insurance)", hereinafter referred to as the transfer application form;

3. Materials submitted by the insured registration post: 2 copies of the front and back of the insured's ID card, 2 copies of the first page of the household registration book, and 2 copies of the attrition table. The original transfer application form shall be handled by social security, and I shall be present at the time of handling, and fill out the Application Form for Rural Insurance Transfer;

4. Materials submitted by the insurance payment post:

(1) Approval Form for Retirement Benefits of Beijing Basic Endowment Insurance (obtained by the endowment insurance department for examination and approval);

(2) Detailed monthly payment list of Beijing endowment insurance (table 16 attached table) (online download) (2 copies);

(3) Summary of the monthly payment of endowment insurance in Beijing (table 16) (online download) (2 copies);

(4) Application Form for the Transfer of Endowment Insurance Relationship between Urban and Rural Residents (Basic Endowment Insurance) (issued by County Agricultural Insurance Center).

5. The company needs to carry the official seal of the company.
