Where can I get a social security card in Pudong New Area of Shanghai?

Foreigners pay social security in Shanghai and have a Shanghai social security card. If they lose it, they will take their ID card to the bank where the social security card belongs to report the loss and apply for a replacement card. In addition to the above, foreigners can't make up their cards in Shanghai.
